I think it applies to many other facets of life as well, including one’s career. A person’s success somehow grants them a pedestal as if their actions must be the best ones and we must learn to incorporate them into our lives to get where they are. This is so apparent in all the panel style interviews/events that happen in all industries. I wish a more nuanced view, like this one, would be presented so the audience walks away with a balanced picture, rather than aspiring to make moves that may not be ideal for their situation.
